A NOTE: This list of providers has been crowdsourced through social media and other networks. Each provider is either trauma-sensitive or HAES-aligned. This list has not been vetted through an application process. In an ideal world I would be able to vet each one of these practitioners for you but I am one person also trying figure out life during this global public health crisis. As such, and as always, be sure to use discernment in picking who you work with. And please remember that even a qualified person may not be a good match for you. Each listing links to the practitioner’s website. Please take time to learn about each practitioner’s training, experience, and offerings.

Much of my understanding and application of HAES and trauma-informed concepts is filtered through my own experiences as an athlete and undergoing somatic therapy.
