I am driven to give people tools they can use for healing trauma. I offer personal training and remote coaching services that integrate models of treatment for traumatic stress. In 2018 I launched Women’s Strength Coalition’s Trauma-Informed Training Programs. I love to write and I am an avid blogger. I am currently writing a book that explores the prevalence of trauma in our society, and offers a way to set conditions for healing in the gym.
